Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note we only accept returns for faulty product. We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind so please choose wisely and check our sizing charts!

If your return is accepted, we instruct you on how and where to send your package. You must return the item within 7 days of having received the returns approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please make sure your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to supply the order number.
Damages and issues
If your parcel was damaged or there are quality issues, please get in touch with our support team at hello@50svintagedame.com.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer returns for anyone outside of Australia so please choose wisely and check our sizing charts!
GiftcardsThere is no return on gift cards.
ExchangesOnce we have received your item, we will issue a store credit which can be entered at checkout when you purchase your replacement item.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered on full-priced items deemed faulty that are returned within 30 days of the item being received. The customer is required to pay the cost for tracked shipping. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
